Day rate services based on 10 hour day. For all day rate services, only one (one) hour meal break will be taken off the clock per day. 1.5x base rate to apply after 10 hours in a day. 2x base rate to apply after 12 hours in a day. 2x base rate to apply from 12midnite until 6am. Short notice cancellations of personnel reservations are subject to a 2/3 payment of estimated labor fees if received under 5 working days out from the event start date unless we can employ that personnel elsewhere.
